MainStreet Family Care in Birmingham, AL is hiring a Support Team Specialist (Full-Time) to serve as the first touchpoint for patients, guiding them through registration on kiosks and handling insurance verification. You will support billing, respond to patient questions, and coordinate with other teams using our ticketing portal.
This in-office role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of office or customer service experience.
