Patient Safety CompanionOnslow Memorial Hospital - Jacksonville, NC 28546Position Type Full Time 0.8 Job Shift EveningThe Patient Safety Companion will remain with a patient throughout a designated period of time for the purpose of maintaining the patient's safety (i.e., by prevention of falls, wandering or disruptions of patient care).Education/Certifications:High School Graduate.Organizational Safety Companion training will be offered by Onslow Memorial Hospital. Successful completion of this course required.Experience:1 year work experience preferred.
