Job description
Prisma Health seeks a dedicated patient safety professional to coordinate and implement safety strategies across the organization. You will promote a culture of safety and high reliability, review reports, perform risk assessments, and communicate findings to leadership.
Responsibilities include training development, leading RCA processes, and partnering with Infection Prevention, Quality, and Risk teams to reduce risk and sustain accreditation standards.
