Job description
Synensys, LLC is seeking a Patient Safety Specialist to lead the DHA Patient Safety Program within an MTF. You will partner with executive leadership, clinical staff, and support departments to promote safety culture and reduce harm.
Responsibilities include risk assessments, event investigations, and collaboration to ensure DHA/Joint Commission compliance. Ideal candidates have a health-related bachelor's degree and 4+ years in patient safety roles.
