Job description
Loyal Source Government Services is seeking an experienced professional to oversee Patient Safety and Risk Management within the department. You will report to the sector Program Manager and coordinate risk reporting, training, and safety initiatives across the region.
The role requires RN licensure, 1-5 years in patient safety/risk management, and strong leadership. You will be on-site ~75% of the time in California and contribute to healthcare quality improvements for program partners.
