NYU Langone Hospital—Suffolk in Patchogue, NY, seeks a Patient Safety/Risk Manager to lead investigations of adverse events and implement institution-wide risk management programs in line with NYS and JCAHO standards. This full-time role reports to the Assistant Director/Senior Director and oversees QA&I committees and regulatory coordination.
