Job description
Carle Health in Champaign, IL is seeking a Patient Scheduling Specialist I to screen and route caller inquiries by telephone. The role includes documenting inquiries, scheduling, and directing patients to appropriate providers and services.
The position starts with four weeks of mandatory training (Mon-Fri, with one evening and one weekend shift) and a schedule determined during onboarding. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
