Patient Service RepLocation: Olean General Hospital Location of Job: US:NY:Olean Work Type: Full-Time Shift 1Job DescriptionTo schedule appointments, answer phones, greet patients, prepare charts, copy records, collect payments in a physician office setting. Communicates effectively with various specialty departments and insurance companies.Education And CredentialsHigh School diploma or equivalent.ExperienceTwo (2) to three (3) years of medical experience preferred. Demonstrated experience working in a medical office preferred. Must possess strong computer skills with operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required. Detail oriented with excellent oral, written and organizational skills. Must be motivated and possess ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
