Per Diem Patient Service RepresentativeNo interview is required as long as you meet the credentials for the role for the Per Diem role for the Patient Service Rep with Dental Offices. Dental Office Experience MUST have to be considered. Location: Miami, FL 33193. This is a Per Diem position ideal for individuals seeking flexible, intermittent work opportunities. Work will be offered on a short-term, project-by-project basis.Skills: Required Skills & Experience: Six (6) months Denticon experience in the dental industry. Experience answering telephones. Must have exceptional customer service skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office. Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO).Education - Required Education: High school diploma or GED.Looking for a Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. We take pride in providing comprehensive, personalized care in a warm and welcoming environment, prioritizing patient comfort and advanced treatments for optimal oral health. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and desired to get started in the dental field. The person will be a support person to all the staff members and patients in his/her office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient's treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager.
