Patient Services RepresentativePhysical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit & hire a Patient Services Representative.PRN brings together some of the most trusted PT brands across the West and Central U.S. Whether in the clinic or behind the scenes, we're all about personalized care, smart clinical insight, and making every patient feel supported from start to finish.As a Patient Service Representative at PRN Physical Therapy, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.Pay: $19-22/hr based on experience & skill setSchedule: Full time 40hrs/per week - clinic is open M-F 7am-7pmLocation: 1307 S Harbor Blvd Fullerton, CA 92832*This is a traveling medical receptionist position. This will require travel to other clinic locations in the North Orange County area; Anaheim, Cypress, Yorba Linda, Long Beach, Downey, Fountain ValleyDuties & ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary documentation accurately.Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring the patient's needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.Assist in keeping front office area neat, tidy and organized.Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experience.Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.Liaise effectively between patients, clinical staff, and other departments within the facility.Communicate clearly and professionally to address patient concerns or questions.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Assist in managing inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and documentation.We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package designed to support both personal and professional well being.
