Patient Service Representative - FT - Baptist M&S Imaging Center Medical CenterGreets and checks patients in at the front desk as well as performing a variety of office duties including answering phones, entering data into the computer, verifying and filing insurance, scanning charts, processing requests for medical records, billing and accepting payments. Shift: Mon- Fri Hours: 8am - 5pmRequired Skills:High school graduate or GEDPrior healthcare business office experience preferredDemonstrated customer service skillsExperience with Electronic Medical RecordsMedical terminologyProficiency with MS Word and Excel
