Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Amarillo, TX seeks a Scheduler to coordinate care by arranging patient visits with field clinicians and communicating with patients, physicians, and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
The successful candidate is an LPN/LVN with a valid license, CPR, and at least one year of clinical experience, plus strong tech skills and a willingness to work in office-based environments to support home-based care services.
