Job description
Aligned Orthopedic Partners is seeking an experienced Patient Service Coordinator to join our front desk team in Bethesda, MD. You will politely answer calls, document messages, verify demographics and insurance, and direct inquiries to therapists and billing as appropriate.
You will schedule appointments, manage cancellations, collect copays and payments, ensure required forms are completed, and maintain patient flow to support efficient operations.
