US Fertility is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator Float to join the team at Fertility Centers of Illinois in River North, Chicago. The role focuses on managing patient accounts, scheduling, and delivering outstanding customer service within a nationally respected fertility care network.
The position requires at least 1 year of experience, strong insurance knowledge, and excellent communication skills. OB/GYN experience is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday
