Patient Service SpecialistBe the first point of care—guiding patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence while ensuring every detail of their visit is handled seamlessly.At SimonMed Imaging, the patient experience starts long before an exam takes place. Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care.We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with empathy, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
