Job description
Mary Free Bed’s Orthotics & Prosthetics + Bionics department is seeking a Patient Service Representative who greets patients, verifies insurance, and pre-registers patients for multi-discipline evaluations. You will manage appointments and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and front desk staff.
The role emphasizes accurate data collection, strong customer service, and collaboration with Billing and Scheduling teams to ensure smooth patient flow and positive financial outcomes.
