You will be instrumental in preventing falls, self-harm, and other potential risks while offering comfort and reassurance.Every day you will remain at the patient's bedside, observing their behavior, alerting nursing staff to any changes in condition or concerning actions, and engaging in simple, non-clinical interactions. You will be expected to maintain a calm and reassuring presence, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and strictly adhere to patient confidentiality and hospital protocols.To be successful in this role, you must possess strong observational skills, patience, empathy, reliability, and the ability to remain attentive for extended periods.
