Law Enforcement OfficerKey ResponsibilitiesPatrol assigned areas to maintain law and order.Respond to calls for service and emergency situations.Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents.Engage positively with community members to foster public trust.Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of activities.Position RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum age of 21 years.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be a resident and registered voter of Ascension Parish.Valid Louisiana driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws.Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
