Patrol Officer — Signal Security of Hawaii | Kahului, Maui
$22/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time |Multiple Shifts Available

Signal Security of Hawaii is hiring Patrol Officers in Kahului — and we're looking for people who take their work seriously. You'll be the visible presence of safety and professionalism at client properties in Maui: conducting patrols, securing access points, writing sharp reports, and handling situations with calm, confident judgment.

What the job looks like day to day:
Vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties — courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas
Monitoring and controlling access points to prevent unauthorized entry
Delivering strong customer service while maintaining a professional, authoritative presence
Writing accurate, detailed incident reports via company software or mobile app
De-escalating situations calmly and respectfully
Coordinating with teammates, clients, and supervisors throughout your shift
Maintaining company equipment — radios, vehicles, keys — to standard

What we require:
21 years or older (for drivers)
High school diploma or GED
Active Hawaii State Guard Card (non-negotiable)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (non-negotiable)
Reliable transportation and a device for communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift up to 20 lbs
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and follow-through
Bonus points for:
Prior experience as a security guard, patrol officer, or similar role
Familiarity with loss prevention and property protection
Demonstrated situational awareness and sound judgment under pressure
