Job description
Skokie Public Library seeks an enthusiastic and experienced manager to co-design advisory and information services strategy for the library and lead the Patron Engagement team in providing excellent advisory and information services for the Skokie community.
The Patron Engagement Manager works with, and under the supervision of, the Director of Public Services to coordinate service models, programs, spaces, tools, and staff to engage community members in reading, listening, and viewing materials
