Job description
Skokie Public Library seeks a Patron Engagement Manager to co-design advisory and information services strategy and lead the Patron Engagement team in serving a diverse community. This role works with the Director of Public Services to align staff work with the library’s mission and strategic priorities.
The position requires a Master of Library Science (ALA-accredited) or related experience, at least three years of supervisory experience, and strong communication and project management skills.
