Job description
The Woodruff Arts Center's Alliance Theatre seeks an Associate Director of Patron Experience to lead box office, front of house and concierge teams. You will champion exceptional customer service and oversee seating logistics for performances and events.
Lead a ~15-person team, optimize staffing for busy periods, and partner with Marketing, Education and Data Services to shape the patron engagement strategy across the theatre and campus.
