Pavement Maintenance TechnicianEarn $25/hr+ while learning valuable skills on the job. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to grow with a great team.We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) to join our crew. As a PMT, you'll work outdoors using specialized equipment to apply materials like traffic paint, crack filler, sealcoat, and more to pavement surfaces. This is hands-on work where you'll see the results of your effort every day. We serve commercial clients throughout the Spokane metro area and North Idaho, and you'll be part of a crew that takes pride in doing things the right way to make properties look their best. Are you ready to make an impact?Our Pavement Maintenance Technicians utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.WHAT YOU'LL DOOperate high-quality equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, and sealcoatingTow and transport equipment trailers (e.g., asphalt, sealcoat, enclosed trailers) safely to and from job sitesAssist with other pavement services as neededPlan and execute projects with attention to detail and qualityMaintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free job siteClean and maintain equipment regularly; report issues or needed repairs to the Operations ManagerCommunicate job status daily with the Operations ManagerWork as part of a close-knit, high-performing crewWHAT YOU BRINGValid driver's license with clean record (Driver's Abstract required)Reliable transportationPunctual, detail-oriented, and well-organizedSelf-motivated, critical thinker who enjoys problem-solvingExperience towing equipment trailers is an asset (or willingness to learn)Physically able to walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbsAble to work independently without supervisionExperience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers, generators) is an assetPast experience playing team sports is a plusEngineering or technical education or training is an assetCompensation: $25.00 per hour
