Pavement Maintenance Technician Crew LeadEverLine Coatings and Services, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Crew Lead to lead our Seattle Location. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network.We are looking for a Pavement Maintenance Technician Crew Lead to oversee all staff, maintenance items, and operations of the local business unit. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise. Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive.Responsibilities include:Oversee day-to-day operationsHelp design strategy and set goals for growthSet policies and processesEnsure employees work productively, arrive to work on time, and develop professionallyOversee recruitment and training of new employeesEvaluate and improve operations and financial performanceDirect the employee assessment processPrepare regular reports for ownershipEnsure staff follows health and safety regulationsProvide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)Create a culture of continuous improvement with trying new processes and methodsShop maintenance items and inventory replenishmentRequirements and skills include:Proven experience as a Crew Lead or similar role from a skilled tradeFollows through on commitments and leads by exampleExperience in planning and budgeting is a plusAutomotive experience is a plusExperienced with using hand and power toolsSkilled enough to use the proper tools to troubleshoot broken equipment on jobsites, make repairs, and perform scheduled maintenance on equipmentStrong analytical abilityExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsProblem-solving aptitudeGreat leadership skills and management of peopleBias to action and isn't afraid to try new thingsIs thoughtful of others and can help build/execute a training program for Line Stripers/Pavement Maintenance TechniciansPrevious Automotive and Mechanic skills is a plusCompensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hourEverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company.
