Job description
BrainWorks is partnering with an established commercial paving and concrete contractor to identify its next Business Unit President who will lead P&L, people, operations and growth in the Cincinnati region.
The incoming President will work with the current leadership to strengthen field leadership, expand capacity and align sales with operations, while preserving a people-first culture and safety focus.
