About the Role

E-Z Pawn in Glennville, GA is looking for a motivated and experienced Pawnshop Manager to lead our team and keep our store running at its best. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll help customers every day while driving sales and managing operations. Responsibilities

Oversee daily pawnshop operations including buying, selling, and loaning against collateral items

Evaluate and appraise merchandise such as jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms

Lead, train, and schedule store staff to ensure excellent customer service

Manage inventory, merchandise displays, and retail floor organization

Ensure compliance with state and local pawn regulations and reporting requirements

Handle cash management, daily reconciliation, and store financial reporting

Build customer relationships and resolve complaints professionally

Requirements

Prior experience in retail management, pawnshop operations, or a related field preferred

Strong appraisal and product knowledge skills across multiple merchandise categories

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to manage and motivate a small team in a retail environment

Basic math and computer skills for point‑of‑sale and reporting systems

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented
