Role Overview
Apply your payer and market access expertise to help evaluate commercial drugs and drug-development programs. This paid pilot focuses on creating and reviewing evaluation rubrics, with potential for recurring work for strong contributors as the engagement expands.
Key Responsibilities
Create and critique rubrics for assessing commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
Develop and pressure-test gross-to-net and formulary-tier assumptions across drug classes.
Evaluate whether coverage, rebating, and tiering assumptions accurately reflect real payer behavior.
Apply this analysis across the pilot''s set of drugs and drug classes.
Qualifications
US-based payer or market access professional, or professional with deep US market experience.
At least 5 years of experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, or managed markets.
Hands-on experience with gross-to-net, rebates, and formulary tiering by drug class.
Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programs.
Work Terms
Remote, hourly engagement.
Approximately 10 to 20 hours over a 1 to 2 week pilot.
Compensation
$175 to $200 per hour.
