Role Overview
Apply your payer and market access expertise to help evaluate commercial drugs and drug-development programs through expert-designed assessment rubrics. This paid pilot focuses on testing whether gross-to-net, coverage, rebating, and formulary assumptions accurately reflect real payer behavior across drug classes.
Key Responsibilities
Create and critique rubrics for analyzing commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
Develop and pressure-test gross-to-net and formulary-tier assumptions by drug class.
Assess whether coverage, rebate, and tiering assumptions align with real-world payer practices.
Apply this analysis across the pilot''s set of drugs and drug classes.
Qualifications
US-based payer or market access professional, or professional with deep US market experience.
Familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programs.
Hands-on experience with gross-to-net, rebates, and formulary tiering by drug class.
At least 5 years of experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, or managed markets.
Work Terms
Remote hourly engagement.
Approximately 10 to 20 hours over a 1 to 2 week pilot.
Strong contributors may be considered for recurring work as the engagement scales.
Compensation
$175 to $200 per hour.
