Job description
Hertz is seeking a Senior Manager, Payments Engineering in Estero, FL to lead a team responsible for the design, build, and operation of Hertz’s payment systems and integrations. The role drives delivery, quality, on-call readiness, and budget while partnering with Security, Finance, and Product.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering with 6+ years leading teams, strong backend experience, and deep PCI DSS knowledge.
