Job description
Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an executive to lead the FRFS Payments Operations - Customer Service as an Assistant Vice President. Reporting to the Vice President over Support Center Operations, you will guide the 24x7 production support for FedNow, FedACH, Fedline, Check Services, and Wholesale services.
You will shape vision, embody our values, drive accountability, and partner with the Customer Service leadership team to offer a unified, service-focused experience.
