Service Warranty AdministratorAs a Service Warranty Administrator at Payne Alice Motors-Buick Chevy GM, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of service warranties for the customers. This includes processing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and providing excellent customer service to address any warranty-related issues.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience working in a similar role in an automotive dealership settingKnowledge of warranty processes and proceduresStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyResponsibilities:Review and process warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelinesCommunicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim statusWork closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and timely claim submissionsMaintain warranty records and documentation in an organized mannerAddress any customer inquiries or concerns related to warranties in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate with the parts and service departments to facilitate warranty repairs and replacementsStay up to date on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures to ensure complianceBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offTraining and development opportunities
