Custodian PositionPayne Chevrolet Buick GMC is committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and employees. We are looking for a dependable Custodian to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our dealership.The Custodian is responsible for ensuring all areas of the dealership are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This includes showroom floors, offices, restrooms, and service areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.Key responsibilities include:Clean and maintain showroom floors, offices, restrooms, and common areasSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areasEmpty trash bins and dispose of waste properlyRestock restroom supplies and maintain cleanliness standardsClean windows, glass surfaces, and entrywaysMaintain cleanliness of service bays and customer waiting areasReport maintenance or repair issues to managementFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesQualifications:Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferredAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyStrong attention to detailReliable and punctualAbility to lift up to 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasksBenefits:Competitive hourly payHealth benefitsPaid time offStable work environmentHelp us keep Payne Chevrolet Buick GMC looking its best by joining our team as a Custodian!
