Now Hiring: Payroll Admin Ontario, CA
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented *seasonal* Payroll Administrator to join our team in Ontario, CA. This position plays a vital role in supporting payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Position Overview:
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager with day-to-day payroll tasks, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of payroll for multiple sites.
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM, occasional overtime
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR

Key Responsibilities:
Review and maintain payroll-related records for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with auditing employee data, timekeeping records, and payroll documentation.
Process and track Payroll Action Requests (PARs)
Generate and distribute weekly and monthly payroll-related reports.
Support payroll teams by responding to inquiries and assisting with issue resolution.
Ensure employee information and payroll records are updated and organized in internal systems.
Assist with document management, reporting, data entry, and administrative projects.
Serve as backup support for payroll administrative functions as needed.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone and email inquiries.
Work Environment: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend availability may be required
