Gojet Airlines – Corporate Payroll AdministratorThe Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurately and timely processing payroll for GoJet Airlines employees while ensuring compliance with company policies, collective bargaining agreements, and federal, state, and local regulations. This position maintains payroll records, audits payroll transactions, processes employee pay changes and deductions, resolves payroll-related inquiries, and collaborates with accounting and operational departments to ensure payroll accuracy. The Payroll Administrator also supports payroll reporting, tax compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and employee service.Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum of two years of payroll experienceU.S. Citizen or have legal right to accept employment in the United StatesHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalentValid driver's licenseData entry and ability to type at least 45 wpm10-key calculator by touchAbility to maintain confidentialityDemonstrate strong organizational and time management skillsMust have the ability to prioritize workMust be capable of working and performing independently of direct supervisionDedication to the highest level of Customer Service is mandatoryExcellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be extremely detail-oriented with previous administrative handling requiredDependability is important; must have an outstanding attendance record and performance in current positionMust be willing to work efficiently in stressful situations and meet deadlinesWilling to work non-standard hours on occasion; must be flexible with work scheduleRequired to relocate to the St. Louis areaPreferred Qualifications:ADP Workforce Now/ADP ReportingADP Essential TimeMicrosoft Office SuiteTwo or more years of college educationKey Responsibilities:Review payrolls pre- and post-transmittal for accuracy and completenessVerify payroll complies with policies, and all pay changes and deductions are processed in accordance with the appropriate source documentsVerify the accuracy of data entry into ADPProcess multiple payrolls and related projects each monthAdjust payroll errors and respond to employee concernsRespond to notifications from state agencies or others regarding former employment and unemployment claimsEscalate potential service issues to Payroll ManagerCoordinate daily work activities and assigned work, organize and prioritize workload; monitor status of work in progress, and review completed workPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedJob Description Disclaimer:This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.About GoJet Airlines:GoJet Airlines operates as a regional partner for United Airlines, providing daily flights across the U.S. and Canada.
