Payroll AdministratorA Clinton company is seeking a Payroll Administrator. If you'd like to work in a modern office setting with a fast-paced work environment, keep reading.Responsibilities:Address payroll related inquiries from employees and managementGather daily job site reports, input data into Excel spreadsheets, and verify entries for completeness and accuracyProcess payroll accurately and on time each weekGenerate payroll reports for management reviewMaintain payroll softwareProcess and onboard new hire information in payroll systemScanning and maintaining electronic filing for payroll reports and employee informationRegularly attend safety meetings and contribute by sharing relevant safety updates, guidelines, and information to support a safe working environment on-site.Gather all credit card receipts, record transactions in QuickBooks, and perform a thorough audit to ensure all receipts are accounted for and accurately enteredResponsible for maintaining company compliance with all third-party regulatory and compliance entitiesQualifications:1+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related fieldSolid organizational skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookAttention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environmentBilingual preferredExperience with QuickBooks preferredTake the first step toward your success.
