KNAPP Group's unrelenting development activity is evident in everything from automated order picking systems and continuing refinement of container handling technology to its state-of-the-art, industry leading software solutions.Responsibilities and Job Functions:Processing accurate and timely payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policyProcess bi-weekly payroll for all hourly and salaried staff, as assignedSetup and maintain employee's voluntary/involuntary deductions, to include all garnishments, 401K, and other approved deductions as applicableReview employee payroll transactions including new hires, status changes, and terminationsSetup employee's tax-related information upon hire and changes as necessaryAssist with the reconciliations of the general ledger for all payroll related accountsAnswer any questions that employees might have about their pay and work to resolve any issues that ariseAssist with generating reportsWork in conjunction with and support the Human Resources department across the entire organizationAll other duties as assignedQualifications:2-4 years' experience in payroll administrationPayroll certification (FPC, CPP, or equivalent) requiredAbility to work with confidential informationExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills to include lookup and pivot tablesExperience and proficiency working with ADP Workforce NowAbility to process garnishments and payroll tax returns efficientlyWorking Conditions and Environment:Overtime, if required by workAuthorization to work in the U.S.Passport or ability to obtain passportProfessional office etiquette is required at all timesPhysical requirements: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm's length, and lifting up to 30 poundsBenefits:2 remote days per weekHalf day FridaysA beautiful new, state-of-the-art, office complex in Kennesaw, GAIndustry competitive compensationGreat benefits with better than average employer contributions, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short & Long Term Disability and more!401k with a very generous employer match and no vesting!Paid Vacation & HolidaysProfit SharingPaid Parental LeaveSubsidized DaycareTuition ReimbursementPet InsuranceSubsidized food deliveryMonthly celebrationsQuarterly employee eventsCorporate Social Responsibility including recycling, sustainability and volunteeringKNAPP is an equal opportunity employer.
