Reporting jointly to the Finance & Accounting and Human Resources teams, you partner with company stakeholders to deliver insightful financial and statistical analysis that supports business operations across the resort. You audit commission payouts and develop standard operating procedures for supplemental payroll plans, while helping support the compiling of HR budget data and reviewing monthly spend. You analyze compensation ranges against market research, support compensation committee submissions, and conduct market studies that keep Sea Island competitive. You audit large data sets for accuracy, tracking down and resolving discrepancies before they become bigger opportunities. You deliver timely, accurate reporting that drives cost and labor efficiencies without compromising Sea Island's high standards of quality and service, and you translate financial and labor data into terms that non-finance leaders can act on with confidence. Every report delivered with precision and every inefficiency you uncover helps the leaders around you make better decisions — enriching the work of every department and colleague your analysis touches.
You respond to guest and team requests and follow through to ensure satisfactory outcomes and compliance. You set the tone by consistently upholding and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance. You follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are consistently met through situational awareness of your surroundings. You enthusiastically maintain your knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings, and share this information with guests and members. You are proactive in helping when needed and are willing to help with other areas or duties as requested. You form effective relationships and work closely with resort departments to maintain rapport and foster open communication. You maintain a thorough knowledge of current services, amenities, activities, dining options, shops, local attractions, and historical information regarding Sea Island and the surrounding area. When needed or requested by leadership, you act to promptly resolve concerns, coordinating necessary efforts through the appropriate departments and consistently follow-up to ensure resolution.
