This role will support payroll operations for a large, multi-state employee population (2,000 employees, scaling to ~3,500 with upcoming integration efforts). This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable navigating change as we continue to build and scale our payroll operations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors.Responsibilities:Process end-to-end U.S. multi-state payroll with a strong focus on accuracy and complianceManage payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple statesUtilize ADP GlobalView (SAP-SuccessFactors) for payroll processing and ADP Workforce Manager for timekeepingOversee payroll including: gross-to-net calculations, tax filings and payments, garnishments, employee paymentsHandle complex payroll activities such as: terminations, adjustments and corrections, tax amendments and reportingServe as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and managersPartner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and vendorsSupport ongoing system updates, integrations, and process improvementsMaintain strict confidentiality and data integrityQualifications:Required: 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state payrollHands-on experience with ADP (GlobalView SAP-SuccessFactors) and ADP Workforce Manager Time solutionStrong understanding of payroll tax regulations, filings, and complianceProven ability to ensure payroll accuracy at scaleExperience handling garnishments, terminations, and payroll adjustmentsAdvanced Excel and strong technical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environmentPreferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in large, complex organizations or scaling teamsExposure to system integrations or payroll transitionsWork Environment: Hybrid schedule (3 days on site per week) in any of our locations Las Vegas, Reno, Chicago, or AustinTeam & Growth Opportunity: You'll be joining a high-performing, growing payroll team supporting a large employee base, with exciting changes ahead as systems and organizations integrate.
