In addition to great pay and benefits, we strive to create a positive environment made up of ideal team players.A Day in the Life of a Payroll & Benefits CoordinatorThe Payroll & Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll and employee benefits for JAG-K employees. This position serves as a key resource for employees and managers regarding payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and related HR processes. The Coordinator maintains accurate employee records, supports compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies, and works closely with the HR team, payroll providers, benefits carriers, and other external partners.Qualifications for a Full-Time Payroll & Benefits CoordinatorDo you have at least three years of experience with employee benefits, payroll, and policy administration? Do you have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field? Are you able to work independently while managing multiple priorities? Do you have a valid driver's license? Do you have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail? Do you live in Kansas?
