Job description
CRH Healthcare LLC seeks a Manager of Payroll and Benefits to lead payroll processing, benefits programs, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. The role partners with HR leadership, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate payroll, robust benefits, and reliable workforce reporting.
The position requires 5+ years in payroll and benefits, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of multi-state compliance, HRIS systems, and vendor management.
