Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is looking for a self-motivated Business Service Specialist: Payroll Support to join our team. This is a 100% remote opportunity where you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payroll operations. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing & Reconciliation: Execute payroll calculations and reconcile pay/invoicing to maintain compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws.
Discrepancy Resolution: Research, analyze, and resolve payroll activities, billing discrepancies, and escalations.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor payroll data and present findings to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Project Support: Prepare and submit special payouts and provide support for ongoing special projects.
