Payroll ClerkWe are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in Flowood, Mississippi for a Contract position. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys accurate data entry, organized document handling, and supporting payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on maintaining employee payroll information, reviewing technician time records, and helping ensure payroll documents are complete and properly recorded.Responsibilities:• Review and enter technician timecard information with a high level of accuracy to support payroll processing.• Add new employee details into payroll records and verify that required information is complete.• Scan, organize, and maintain payroll-related documents for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.• Prepare and input certified payroll information for technician work in accordance with reporting needs.• Assist with routine payroll processing tasks to help ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule.• Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and consistency across payroll records.• Identify missing or incomplete payroll information and follow up as needed to resolve discrepancies.
