Payroll CoordinatorSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Payroll Coordinator for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Roseville, CA. Responsibilities: This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a large, complex healthcare organization. The ideal candidate has recent experience processing payroll for organizations with 20,000+ employees, possesses a strong understanding of California payroll laws, including final termination pay requirements, and has hands-on experience utilizing Workday Payroll, Kronos, and processing union payroll.Process end-to-end payroll for a large employee populationProcess California payroll in compliance with state and federal regulationsProcess California final termination payments accurately and within required timelinesUtilize Workday Payroll and Kronos to process payroll transactionsProcess payroll for union employees in accordance with collective bargaining agreementsReview, validate, and reconcile payroll data for accuracyResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay issuesMaintain payroll records and supporting documentationEnsure payroll deadlines are consistently metSupport payroll audits and compliance initiativesCollaborate with Payroll leadership and internal business partners to resolve payroll-related issuesRequired Skills:2+ years of recent end-to-end payroll processing experienceExperience processing payroll for large organizations (20,000+ employees)California payroll processing experienceExperience processing California final termination payWorkday Payroll experienceKronos experienceUnion payroll experienceAbility to process high-volume payroll accurately while meeting strict deadlinesExperience researching and resolving payroll discrepanciesStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to work a hybrid schedule in Roseville, CAPreferred Skills:Healthcare payroll experienceExperience supporting large enterprise payroll operationsPayroll compliance and auditing experienceFamiliarity with LotusOne or similar workforce management systemsStrong communication skills and ability to partner with internal stakeholdersBy applying for a job with SGA, you agree to allow SGA to process your application for this and future opportunities in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
