Payroll & HR Specialist (Bilingual - Korean Required) Timpl has partnered with a global electrolyte company and is seeking for a Payroll & HR Specialist Location: Commerce, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary: We are hiring a Payroll & HR Specialist to join our team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the fields of payroll and human resources while working closely with both U.S. and Korean teams. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel. Prior payroll experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities: • Assist with biweekly and monthly payroll processing • Support financial reporting to Korea HQ • Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records • Learn and assist in various HR functions including onboarding and employee support • Use Excel for data management and report generation (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) • Collaborate with accounting and HR teams on projects and daily tasks Qualifications: • 1-5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or HR preferred (entry-level candidates will be considered) • Must be fluent in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) • Experience with ADP Workforce Now (Force) is a strong plus • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Excellent communication and time management skills Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience and skills) • Full benefits package: health insurance, PTO, simple IRA (3% matching), and more
