Job DescriptionPayroll Manager:
The team is seeking a Payroll Manager, strong with payroll processing prevailing wage.
Responsible for:
Processing payroll for state, federal, HUD and Section 3 as well as , working on compliance to show good faith with low-income
Compliance and reporting
Construction prevailing wage
Multistate payroll taxes
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
Processing and paying overtime for prevailing wage. Must be very strong with O/T rules
Must be strong with payroll regulations
Team is currently operating with SAGE payroll/HRIS
The ideal candidate for this position must be high level but also a doer. Positive, team player with a go getter attitude able to roll of their sleeves and do what whatever it takes to get the job done. Seeking a positive team player
This candidate in this position will interact regularly with Operations – what they want to see for reporting

Minimum requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred; not required
5 years prevailing wage payroll
3 years multistate payroll experience
5 years experience functioning in a fast pace environment
Strong technical aptitude
