Job description
Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring Payroll officers, and as part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking part-time, work-from-home candidates. The position offers a monthly salary of $1,300, in addition to benefits, and requires minimal time commitment. The role involves just 2-3 hours of internet access per week.
Job duties may include:
Managing an organization's compensation
Auditing and reconciling bank statements
Collecting timesheets, calculating wages, withhold correct taxes, and processing timely payments
Resolving pay discrepancies and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor and tax laws
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Ensuring all employees' wages are accurately calculated, recorded and disbursed on time
Paying strict attention to detail, having deep knowledge of tax and labor laws and possess technical proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheets
Requirements:
Must be computer literate
Must have 2-3 hours of internet access per week
Must be efficient and dedicated
Ideal for candidates with significant accounting experience and strong analytical skills.
