Payroll Processor

Compensation: Based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday
BMW of Ridgefield is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our team. This is a key role responsible for processing payroll, supporting employee onboarding, administering health benefits, and managing a small team. What You'll Do:
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
Manage employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
Administer employee health benefits and assist with benefit-related questions
Supervise and support a small administrative team
Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
Prepare reports and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For: Previous payroll experience required; dealership experience is a plus
Experience with employee onboarding and benefits administration
Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
