Payroll ProcessorAVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Payroll Processor at our Headquarters location in Warren, OH.Founded in 1960, AVI Foodsystems has evolved into one of the most respected and trusted food service companies in the nation. Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.Duties & Responsibilities:Review weekly timecards and applicable paperwork; follow up with field on missing itemsCommunicate with field managers on any issues as they relate to payroll policies/guidelinesCalculate hours and earnings for multiple accountsConduct data time entry of total hours for multiple accountsReview of payroll data for integrity and compliance to policy and proceduresComplete routine audits of HR and Payroll Data to be reported to the Payroll Department ManagerSort, bag, and distribute weekly paychecksAnalyze payroll data to ensure federal and state law complianceAnswer all customer inquiries in a timely fashionPerform other duties and responsibilities as required or assignedRequirements:Prior experience in processing payroll with ADP is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of Windows-based applicationsAbility to perform accurate data entryAble to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentAttentive to detailsAbility to work independently without direct supervision and also with a teamStrong analytical skillsExcellent follow through skillsBenefits:A family culture and atmosphereCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members401(k) with generous company matchPaid vacations and holidaysImmense training and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
