Job description
Job TitleJob Summary Conduct comprehensive audits within the hospital, covering billing, accounts, and non-financial areas to ensure compliance with policies. Responsible for data accuracy and collaborating with teams to ensure policy adherence.Job ResponsibilitiesManage KRONOS timecards in collaboration with department timekeepers.Accurately process biweekly payrolls in line with hospital policies and regulations.Reconcile and audit post-payroll reports, handle voluntary deductions, tax forms, and coordinate with HR on payroll system maintenance.Manage documentation for direct deposits, garnishments, and other financial obligations.Provide employee support for payroll-related inquiries.Understand payroll systems and processes; experience with systems like Infor/Lawson and KRONOS is beneficial.Perform additional tasks as needed.Preferred Skills & ExperienceFamiliarity with UKG.Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements.
