Job description
Payroll SpecialistRobert Half is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support a 600+ employee SaaS healthcare company through a payroll system transition from ADP to Dayforce.This role will work closely with the third-party implementation team and internal HR/Payroll leadership to help ensure a smooth transition. The ideal candidate has prior experience going through a payroll system conversion and can serve as a knowledgeable internal resource throughout the process.Responsibilities:Partner with the third-party implementation team throughout the ADP-to-Dayforce transitionProvide payroll expertise and internal business requirements to the implementation teamReview and validate employee/payroll data during the transitionAssist with testing, parallel payrolls, reconciliations, and identifying discrepanciesHelp document current payroll processes and ensure they are accurately reflected in the new systemSupport troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation and go-liveAssist with ongoing payroll processing and other day-to-day payroll needs as needed
